That was my breaking point.
I didn’t want to live like that.
So I stopped trying to be a solo superhero and started building something that could run without burning me to the ground.
Over the years, I learned the hard way what makes a real estate business sustainable. I built systems. Hired smarter. Learned how to train and lead. Created a culture that attracted people who wanted to grow — not just cash checks.
And eventually, I built one of the top-performing teams in California.
But the title doesn’t matter.
What matters is that I can now pick my kids up from school, sit down for dinner with my wife, and actually be present.
